Now Playing/Available to Book:

MovieLab allows you to view movies that are currently playing at our Palmyra Flagship location at any time during normal business hours. Movies that are 'Now Playing' are available for $300.00, regardless of the duration of the movie, plus $10.00 per person. Guests will pay the $300 rental (plus taxes and fees) online at www.fpxmovielab.com/book and be charged separately on arrival for their movie tickets. This rental type only includes the length of the film. Guests looking for additional time for gatherings should book a hourly rental or contact us to extend your booking.

Hourly Rentals:

Movielab also offers hourly reservations. During these reservations, guests may enjoy any content such as movies, streaming, sports, gaming & more. Perfect to book extra time for gatherings before or after a film. Sign into your favorite streaming service, bring along your video game system, or even hook up your laptop to stream directly onto the big screen. All HDMI devices are compatible with MovieLab, but must be supplied by the guest. If a currently available first-run film is chosen there will be an additional $10 per person ticketing fee due on the day of your event.

MovieLab's hourly rental options can be booked no more than 90 days in advance. Please note, at this time we do not offer same day rentals.

If looking to book a first-run "Now Playing" film to your hourly rental, although you can book your hourly rental in advance of ticket sales MovieLab is not able to confirm film selection until film availability is confirmed and public tickets are on sale for the corresponding date range. Our staff will be in touch to help notate what you wish to see, but please understand until confirmed these are merely requests. In the event a film is not available, there may be an option to book individually for an additional fee that will be handled on a case by case basis. Feel free to reach out to our team to inquire more about availability.

Please note, to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable experience we do not allow bookings of over 18 guests. We have a large lobby space should parents/guardians or others need to wait for individuals participating in your event.

We do not allow extra seating to be brough in to increase capacity.

Absolutely! We encourage guests to bring in their own food and make use of our wet bar and prep spaces. Our space is perfect for birthday parties, girl's nights, sports watch parties & more! Please note alcohol will be subject to all federal & state regulations and valid IDs will be required.

All rentals included unlimited self-serve popcorn from our exclusive machine right inside of the MovieLab, as well as unlimited self-serve fountain drinks from outside in the shared Flagship Cinemas lobby.

Any other items, bottled beverages, candy or other concession items will be available at an additional cost. Your personal concierge during your event will be on stand by to help your group with any needs - food or otherwise.

You are always welcome to bring in outside food & drink as well.

MovieLab automatically creates a buffer between scheduled events so we allow 30 minutes of set-up time for the host of each event and kindly ask that guests do not arrive any earlier than that.

If more time is needed, please email us at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com to inquire about extra time. Additional fees may apply if beyond 30 minutes is needed but we find most guests have no issue with the supplied time frame.

Yes, we have the technology for you to login into all major streaming platforms but it is the guests responsibility to ensure they have an account with that service. Guests will need to enter their login credentials. We also provide an HDMI cord if connecting a personal device is an easier option.

Yes, if you are using a personal device hooked up to the HDMI such as a gaming console, wifi is available.

Currently, we do all rental booking online via this website. Select the book tab to start your reservation today. A 25% deposit is due to reserve your event as long as your reservation is more than 3 days away.

At this time we do not book in person and other than day-of ticket fees or concession add-ons, all purchases must be completed online through your online account.

Due to staffing, we do not accept any last minute same day bookings at this time.

We are located inside of the Flagship Premium Cinemas in Palmyra, PA. Once you enter the lobby you will find the MovieLab in FPX Studio A on your right hand side.

The FPX MovieLab is great for small gatherings. If you have more guests we have have a couple options:

1. Depending on your event type, reach out to us about booking a longer rental back to back or book several separate rentals. This can work well for things like film premieres, local films, corporate events etc.

2. Reach out to our partner organization, Flagship Premium Cinemas to see about renting a large auditorium. Please note their pricing, availability and content may vary. This is great for large groups looking for first run films. Learn more at https://flagshipcinemas.com/palmyra/page/rentals

No, although we are located inside the Flagship Cinemas in Palmyra, PA we are a separate entity with different pricing and scheduling software. If you need help changing your reservation to be at the MovieLab please email us at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com at least 48 hours prior to your event.

We do not serve or offer alcohol but as part of your event you are welcome to bring any outside food or drink including alcohol.

All local/state laws shall be followed. Please drink responsibly.

MovieLab staff reserve the right to remove any guest(s)/group, cancel event and/or limit or prohibit the consumption of alcohol if they observe any safety concerns to guests, staff or property and/or illegal activities or activities that go against these terms and conditions such as, but not limited to, underage drinking, lack of valid ID etc.

Rentals must have a parent/guardian 21+ present for the duration of the rental if any attendees are under the age of 16. Responsibility of taking care of minors falls on the event host and they agree to supervise their guests and their actions.

At this time we do not charge a security deposit.

Please note, any excessive damages, beyond normal wear & tear, caused deliberately or accidentally may incur a damages fee. If so, the card on file will be charged within 72 hours of notification of said fee unless other arrangements are made. An itemized list of damages and costs will be provided for any fees incurred which may include but is not limited to cost of replacement, time of repairs & loss of revenue incurred.

Any unruly, disruptive, inappropriate guests may be asked to leave and your event may be ended with no refund at the discretion of MovieLab staff should they deem it necessary.

No pets of any kind will be allowed within the FPX MovieLab. Per ADA law, only working service animals are allowed. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed.

Yes, the FPX MovieLab contains no steps. Handicap parking is available in the shared Flagship Cinemas parking lot. Our private bathroom is spacious and within the MovieLab event space.
