ADMITTANCE POLICY

Motion Picture Content Rating System

FPX MovieLab complies with the Motion Picture Association Content Rating System for all movies currently playing in theaters. Patrons under 17 years of age may not purchase tickets or attend movies that are rated R without a parent or guardian 21 or older. Guests may be asked to present ID for 'R' rated movies. ID must be valid and present for admittance. No exceptions. CHILDREN 11 and under will NOT be allowed into any showing, of any 'R' rated movie,  at and/or after 9:00pm.

ADA Compliance & Accessibility

FPX MovieLab is handicap accessible with uniform seating provided. 

Booking Confirmations

Guests that book with FPX MovieLab will receive a confirmation email with a QR code that must be scanned for admittance. This ensures that all guests arrive at the correct time for the correct event.

Additional Charges

Parties will be charged for their total guest count prior to their scheduled event at a cost of $10/person in additional ticketing fees for all feature films currently in theaters. If a group shows for an experience that is paid per person with more guests that initially anticipated, the card on file will be charged for the difference. Guests may arrange to pay separately with your event host.

Dress Code

All guests are required to wear shirts, pants, and shoes to any FPX MovieLab experience. We do not permit face-obscuring masks, face paint, or face-obscuring hoods. (Religious attire is exempt)

BYOB & Intoxication

FPX Movielab follows all current & applicable local liquor laws. Valid ID will be required if alcohol is brought & consumed in the space. FPX Movielab has a strict policy and may ask patrons who are disorderly and over-intoxicated to leave the premise. If patrons are asked to leave for disorderly conduct there will be no refunds granted. 

Solicitation

Soliciting and/or loitering on FPX Movie Lab premises is not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited within the theater,  lobby or within 20 feet of all entrances. 

Weapons

To ensure that FPX Movie Lab maintains a safe and welcoming environment, we prohibit the possession or use of dangerous weapons, including but not limited to: knives, tasers, firearms, mace, etc. Fake weapons and props are also not permitted.

Filming

FPX Movie Lab prohibits the filming of any trademarked media present on the theater screen. Pictures may be taken at any time with members of your group so long as trademarked media is not present within the photograph. Video may be taken in the same manner; however, no trademarked media may be playing in the background.

Outside Food or Beverage

Outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought into FPX MovieLab. Please see our BYOB policy regarding alcohol above. Any questions can be directed to your concierge host or any member of our FPX MovieLab staff via email. 

Backpacks/Packages/Bags

FPX MovieLab reserves the right to check any bags, purses, backpacks, cases, or containers before entering the theater. Large luggage and oversized packs is discouraged due to space constraints. 

Animals

No pets of any kind will be allowed within the FPX MovieLab. Per ADA law, only working service animals are allowed. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed.

Micro-Mobility Options

In the interest of safety in our lobby and auditorium, skateboards, scooters, electric bicycles, hoverboards, one-wheel electric boards, segways, roller skates, and roller blades are not permitted on theater property. Management cannot hold these items for guests and guests will be asked to remove them from the theater entirely.

Personal Communication Devices

FPX Movie Lab is a personal experience for you and your friends. While cellphones, tablets, laptops, and other personal communication devices are permitted, we do recommend checking with your group prior to your event what your groups preferred etiquette will be for your experience.

Lost and Found

FPX Movie Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or recovered personal items. Before leaving the auditorium, please check around your seat for any personal belongings. Any items found will be left with the Flagship Premium Cinemas management team and should be checked for accordingly.

Payment & Refund Policy

● Payment will be due in full no later than 72 hours prior to the start of your experience.

● Any cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the start of your experience are non-refundable.

● Cancellations requested more than 24 hours in advance, but less than 72 hours in advance, will be eligible for a refund, minus the 25% deposit, taxes, and fees.

● Cancellations requested more than 72 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund (not including taxes and fees). 

● Any alterations to the date and/or the time of a reservation, requested more than 24 hours in advance but less than 72 hours in advance, will be charged a fee totaling up to 25% of the experience cost.

● Alterations may not be made to a reservations date and/or time less than 24 hours prior to the start of your experience, barring cancellations. 

● Experiences with unpaid dues less than 72 hours prior to the start of your experience may be cancelled at the discretion of MovieLab.
