TERMS & CONDITIONS
We kindly request that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience to ensure you are successfully checked in and properly introduced to the unique amenities of MovieLab. The room is available for set up 30 minutes prior to your rental time. We recommend guests arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
Your experience will begin at the time that you have selected during the checkout process. No extra time will be given due to late arrivals.
You can make alterations to your reservation up until 72 hours prior. For changes to reservations made less than 72 hours prior to their start time, please contact MovieLab staff at fpxmovielab@flagshipcinemas.com
Any excessive damages, beyond normal wear & tear, caused deliberately or accidentally may incur a damages fee. If so, the card on file will be charged within 72 hours of notification of said fee unless other arrangements are made. An itemized list of damages and costs will be provided for any fees incurred which may include but is not limited to cost of replacement, time of repairs & loss of revenue incurred.
Any unruly, disruptive, inappropriate guests may be asked to leave and your event may be ended with no refund at the discretion of MovieLab staff should they deem it necessary.
Rentals must have a parent/guardian 21+ present for the duration of the rental if any attendees are under the age of 16. Responsibility of taking care of minors falls on the event host and they agree to supervise their guests and their actions.
BYOB: All local/state laws shall be followed. Please drink responsibly.
MovieLab staff reserve the right to remove any guest(s)/group, cancel event and/or limit or prohibit the consumption of alcohol if they observe any safety concerns to guests, staff or property and/or illegal activities or activities that go against these terms and conditions such as, but not limited to, underage drinking, lack of valid ID etc.
Patrons that intend to supply and/or consume alcohol during their event must:
● Supply government-issued valid photo ID containing name and date of birth, and;
● Provide proof of purchase. All alcohol consumed must be purchased within the state of Pennsylvania.
